Yoga for Seniors can help slow down the effects of the aging process by maintaining muscle softness and flexibility, keeping the mind alert and awake, encouraging relaxation and strengthening muscles and joints.

Its multi-pronged approach can encourage the body, mind and spirit to remain healthy and strong while reducing the effects of many age-related issues.

What will the class be about: 

  • This Yoga practice is designed to help loosen the stiff muscles,

  • Improve range of movement and motion in the joints

  • Relaxing and re-energizing with Yoga Nidra (sleep)

  • A lot of fun and laughter together  

  • New inspiration

You don’t need to bring anything! 

The class is offered both in German and English
