Ironically or perhaps to the point of the workshop, I did not have much time to read up on what I was getting myself into by signing up to the Energizing Daily Life workshop with Gurdeepak and Steffi. But, from my past experience with Gurdeepak's classes, I knew he would not offer something without it having value. In the days and weeks since the workshop, that value has shown itself on many occasions. I fire-breathe when I need an energy boost in the morning, breathe more profoundly when I catch myself holding my breath, take out my Marma point first aid kit when the dark winter days, pressures of the job, and the stress of the holiday season is taking its toll on the body and mind. In this daily life, we all can do with a bit of help. Thank you to Steffi and Gurdeepak.

Aah - happy memories... I had a truly fantastic time in the mountains with everyone and am so grateful for the group we had. It was just all so simple and easy. You're all great!
I achieved what I wanted from the week... that was to switch the world off for a few days and re-focus on the important stuff. I came away clearer, refreshed and energised. I also learnt something from every one of you (as well as the mountains, the elusive edelweiss and the murmelis) so thank you all. My task will be to apply what I've learnt and make it an everyday reality.
