WHAT IS YOGA

That which is practiced connecting with the body; is Yoga.

That which establishes the connection of the mind & the conscience (mind dissolves in conscience); is Yog (योगः / topic of spiritualism/ witnessing of the self). The ‘a’ is cut away from it. There is a difference between Yog and Yoga.

Yes, many bodily illnesses can be cured with yoga. But the illnesses of the soul (ego and other vices) are not cured with that. Yog / Spiritualism is the medicine for the illnesses of the soul. It also automatically becomes the medicine for many bodily illnesses- because when many of the illnesses of soul are removed - then many of the body are removed with it…and many also not.

Actually a lot of illnesses of the soul become the reason for the bodily ones. When they are treated, the illness of the body is treated as well in numerous cases. Aroga, which has it roots in Sanskrit, means Healthy.
