Anand Mandala Meditation with Punnu Singh

MEDITATION  WITH PUNNU SINGH WASU

Meditation is a journey from sound to silence, from movement to stillness. It is the food for our soul. Meditating is a powerful way to recharge our batteries and to calm our mind down. Buddha was asked what he has gained from meditation. He replied, “Nothing“. However, he said „Let me tell you what I lost: Anger, anxiety, depression, insecurity, fear of old age and death.”

Punnu will teach us a beautiful meditation called Ananda Mandala. Ananda means “bliss” in Sanskrit. It is our fundamental state of being. Mandala means “circle“. The circle is a symbol of perfection, eternity, unity and completeness.

Ananda Mandala is an ancient and very powerful chakra clearing meditation. This practice involves a blend of rhythmic breathing and meditation on the seven main chakras. This process cleanses the energy channels, washes out hidden emotions/blockages/old hurts, activates the chakras which raise your level of consciousness, make your body blissful and results in a feeling of wholeness.
