Immerse yourself in a day of Indian Street food for beginners

Indian "Street Food" is sometimes referred to as the hidden gem of Indian cuisine.

We invite you to join us for this feast for the senses; and flavors for your mouth.  Call it a snack, aperitif or tapas - Indian street food is incredibly delicious and most dishes can also be eaten as a main course.

All dishes are vegetarian and most of them are also vegan.

What's in store for you?
Learn how to make real masala chai (spiced tea) and other refreshing flavourful drinks. 

When it comes to Indian street food - samosas (snacks filled with potatoes) stand out. We also learn to make various varieties of chaat & golgappas (savoury snacks), chutneys (sauces) and other yummy and easy to prepare street meals with homemade bread & vegetables cooked with Indian spices traditionally used at home. To top it all we learn to prepare a dessert - an Indian ice cream called Kulfi; to soothe the mouth as well as the soul. 

Location and time: We cook and enjoy together in a small group in the beautiful Villa Bernau. You will also get a recipe script for cooking at home.
