Relax and unwind with yoga asana and pranayama exercises that help our heart chakra. Yoga asana practice takes place before breakfast and may also take place spontaneously during the day outdoors depending on weather and tour of wonderful places. After our delicious breakfast, we will undertake small hikes of 2-3.5 hours to wonderful places around the mountain hut. Depending on the conditioning of the group, on one day we even may take a longer tour. While having fun in the mountains, we may also do some creative exercises as a group.

The combination of mountains, yoga and mindfulness brings us inner peace, clarity and new vital energy for our lives.

We’ll be located at the cozy and comfortable Fannes Hut at 2060 meters on the region also famously called the ‘Parliament of Marmots’. A refreshing dip in the warm weather in near-by Green Lake is soothing for the soul. Every morning we enjoy yoga and meditation practice and the rest of the day is spent with hiking trips for all levels of mountain hiking experienced people Relax and recharge your batteries in fresh mountain air.

Short information about the program:

We wake up every morning at 2060 meters in the clear and fresh mountain air. Before breakfast everyday, about one hour of Yoga program is offered.

Meeting point: 

Our meeting place is at the Pederü hut on 29.July.2017 at 16:00 hrs. At ca 17:00 hrs, we have a passenger and luggage transport to the Fanes hut. We shall be back in the valley on 03.Aug.2017 at ca.12.30 hrs.
