Day-wise breakup of Hikes *:
Day 1 & 2 (July 27 & 28): Rifugio Lavarella arrival & hiking around the region in Fanes. c.a. 2-4 hrs
Day 3 (July 29) : Mindful hike to Rifugio Scotoni - with beautiful stopovers c.a. 6 hrs
Day 4 (July 30): Mindful hike to the famous Gourmet hut Rifugio Scoiattoli at Cinque-torri - with stopovers at the Mount Lagazuoi c.a. 6 hrs
Day 5 & 6 ( July 31 & Aug 1): Mindful hikes around the Rifugio Scoiattoli c.a. 2-3 hrs - and return to the valley on August 1

Join us in the Fanes region of DOLOMITES, ITALY from July 27 - August 01, 2019! Explore the magic of the legendary Dolomite mountains with Yoga - Hiking and Mindful moments in this UNESCO World Heritage site with many tales from the region.
We’ll be located for two nights at the beautiful mountain hut with an outdoor Sauna at close to a natural mountain lake at Rifugio Lavarella, one night at the Rifugio Scotoni and two nights at the famous Rifugio Scoiattoli facing the phenomenal climbing paradise of Cinque-Torri. A refreshing dip in the warm weather in lake, day hikes and yoga philosophy sessions are soothing for the soul.
Every morning we enjoy yoga asana and meditation practice OUTDOORS and the rest of the day is spent with hiking trips for all levels of mountain hiking experienced people. Relax and recharge your batteries in fresh mountain air.
Our meeting place is Rifugio Pederü close to the town of St. Vigil in Eneberg on 27.July.2019 at 13:30 hrs. At c.a. 14:00 hrs, we will proceed to walk about 2.5 hours to the hut. We shall be back in the valley again on 01.Aug.2019 at ca. 11:30 hrs.

Information about Program:
Relax and unwind with yoga asana and pranayama exercises. Yoga asana practice takes place Outdoors before breakfast. A typical day would look like as follows:
07:00-08:00 hrs Yoga outdoors
08:15 hrs Breakfast & Yoga philosophy
10:00 hrs Mindful hiking (c.a 4 - 6 hours)
17:00 hrs Individual reflection time
18:30 hrs Group reflection time
19:00 hrs Dinner
