YVERDON LES BAINS, Switzerland! Nestling between the Jura, the hills of the Broye and Lake, Yverdon is natural paradise in summer.
Come and join us for a beautiful EAT PRAY & MOVE weekend retreat at the splendid house in the heights of Yverdon with a beautiful view of Lake Neuchatel, a large garden and a forest nearby. Ideally located, the house offers a calm and natural setting with breathtaking views over the Vaudois Jura and the lake.
Relax and recharge your batteries with Ayurvedic cleansing, Yoga and learn Indian cooking along with many other fun activities to tickle your creative side.
Arrivals on Friday evening from 19:00 hrs onwards. Dinner and introductions.

TEACHERS:
Gurdeepak: comes from India and is a Hatha Yoga teacher based in Bern. He will be teaching Asanas & Alignments, Pranayama and Indian cooking class.
Stephanie: comes from Germany and is living in Switzerland. She will be teaching “Free the inner child Yoga class” and Indian cooking class.
